Return Policy
To initiate a return, Please email Team@thesocalstore.com with your order number in the subject line.
Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy.
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- After 30 days, a store credit will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label in the amount of $3.00 USD.
- Returns will be refunded in the same method as it was paid.
- All SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
- The SoCal Store is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
